We are looking for a compassionate Wellbeing Counsellor to provide confidential emotional and mental health support to employees in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one counselling sessions
• Conduct psychological assessments and referrals
• Deliver wellbeing programs and workshops
• Support crisis and wellbeing-related concerns
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to promote mental wellness

✅ Requirements:
• Registered Clinical Psychologist (active license)
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive cases
• Experience in EAP or workplace counselling is a plus
