Project Description:

This structure is a reinforced concrete 12-story + roof deck residential building. The project is located in Tagaytay area and is situated at 24km from West Valley Fault. Midas Gen software is the tool in the analysis and design of the structure to make capable to resist transient loadings as seismic and wind. The structural system is dual system and being analyzed using linear dynamic analysis. The sub-structure was separately modeled using Midas Gen and other miscellaneous element being analyzed and designed using Design +.
