Please be advised that the following must be observe:

1. NO PERMIT, NO CONSTRUCTION.BURIAL
2. Secure your construction/burial permit in the Rasaca Corporation Admin. Office located at Rasaca Hotel, Brgy. Lipay Dingin. Iba, Zambales (in front of Iba Airport and Pilot School) during office hours:
Mondays to Fridays (8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.)
Saturdays (8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.)
3. The following documents must be presented upon securing your permit:
a. Certificate of Ownership
b. Letter of Authorization from the lot owner
In case a person shall act as a representative for the lot owner.
4. Caretakers should abide all the rules and regulations of Iba Memorial Gardens.
