The National Council on Disability Affairs officially opens the 21st Cerebral Palsy Awareness and Protection Week celebration with a Health and Rehabilitation Orientation today, September 16, at the Taguig Convention Center, New City Hall Building, Taguig City.

This event marks the beginning of a week-long observance aimed at fostering inclusion, promoting equality, and empowering the abilities of persons with cerebral palsy. Let us unite in supporting this cause and work towards a more inclusive society.
