We are looking for Subcon who will join our fleet in Malvar Batangas account. For a better understanding of the ad, please see the below details:

L300, H100, Close Vans, Re**er Vans, 4W Close Van, 6W Close or Wing Van, 10W Wing Van

- We don't accept small units like SUV and Sedan for this account.
- Must be al least less than 10 years old.

Rates:
- Rates are PER TRIP PER AREA basis
- Rates will be provided once you r submitted assessment form is qualified.
- Rates include toll, fuel, parking and other incremental expenses.
- With incentives
- 45 days billing cycle
- Weekly payout

Accreditation requirements:
Item 1-3 are initially required and the rest can be follow.

3. Marine Cargo Insurance (At least 500K limit of Liability)
4. DTI Permit or SEC
5. Mayor's Business Permit
6. BIR 2303 Certificate of Registration
7. BIR 1921 (Authority To Print)

9. Sample Copy of Billing Invoice
10. LTFRB Franchise

Scope of work:
- Pick up at Malvar, Batangas only
- Drop off points covers North Luzon, Central Luzon, NCR, South Luzon & Bicol Region
- Strike anywhere
- Monday to Saturday Trips except coding
- Maximum of 3 drops per trip
- Cargoes are Dry or Frozen Goods FMCG
