QUALIFICATIONS:
✔ Graduate of Civil Engineering (license not required)
✔ Experience is a plus (especially in manpower loading, supervision & safety management)
✔ Strong communication & leadership skills
✔ Proactive, problem-solver, and results-driven
✔ Physically fit and capable of handling on-site challenges

Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards
🔹 Plan and manage manpower loading and work schedules efficiently
🔹 Ensure safety compliance by implementing BOSH & COSH standards and company policies
🔹 Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments
🔹 Report project progress and issues to management
