1. 𝗔𝘀 𝗮 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿 - conduct education-based selling and financial needs analysis to recommend personalized insurance and/or investment solutions which best suit their clients’ financial goals and needs.

2. 𝗔𝘀 𝗮 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 - mentor and manage your own team of Insurance and Financial Advisors
