CTAP has received alarming reports and appeals for assistance concerning the severe lack of available TABS (Truck Appointment Booking System) slots, which is directly disrupting trucking operations, delivery schedules, and financial stability across the sector.

The urgency and scale of this issue demand immediate collective action. This meeting will serve as a platform to:

• Hear directly from affected member-operators.
• Assess the impact on operations and business continuity.
• Formulate immediate, unified action plans and solutions.
• Prepare CTAP’s official response to be elevated to relevant port and government authorities.
