‎“Embracing the Real Me: Stories of Self-Love, Healing, and Authenticity”

‎Students are invited to share original literary pieces that explore:
‎✔ Body dysmorphia and its impact
‎✔ Learning to love your real self
‎✔ Healing from comparison and insecurity
‎✔ Reflections on social media and identity
‎✔ Empowerment, acceptance, and authenticity
‎
‎Any insight, message, or story that inspires others to see their Real Me is welcome.

‎✍️ Categories:

‎Participants may submit ANY of the following:
‎
‎1. Poetry
‎2. Spoken Word (written text)
‎3. Short Essay / Reflection (300–500 words)
‎4. Creative Monologue
‎
‎📌 Mechanics:
‎
‎1. The contest is open to all ISU students.
‎2. Each participant may submit ONE original literary piece.
‎3. Entries must follow the theme: embracing the real self, body positivity, or body image reflections.
‎4. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited — entries must be 100% original.
‎5. Submit your entry by sending:
