Remember when we joined forces to support mental health, promote equality, and make sure everyone gets the help they need?

The 2026 Mental Health Caravan Wave 2 proved the strength of being together and advocating together. We're breaking down barriers and building connections so everyone can get mental health support, no matter who they are. 💜

In collaboration with the 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 & 𝗚𝗔𝗗 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝙄𝙎𝙐𝙀 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨, and 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡 𝙄𝙎𝙐-𝙀𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙚, with special participation of the 𝙄𝙎𝙐-𝙀 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙣𝙖 𝙊𝙗𝙧𝙖 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗, the ISU-E Psychological Society will launch another noteworthy project with the primary objective of encouraging knowledge, empowerment, and support within the community.

Through the comprehensive discussions and interactive learning environments, the Mental Health Caravan aims to increase the awareness of the participants on their identity, establish the link between gender and mental health, and create a supportive community that promotes resilience, respect, and well-being.

Join us for the next wave of the 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻 om 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, from 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 to 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠, at the 𝗜𝗦𝗨-𝗘 𝗔𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗲. The activity will include scholarly talks, workshops, and activity forums with a focus on gender approaches, identity awareness, and leadership.

Kaya tayo ay makibaka, makiisa, at ipaglaban ang kinabukasan ng kabataan—sapagkat ang pananahimik ay pakikipagsabwatan sa mga mapagsamantala!

Hindi pa rin tapos ang laban. Walang susuko hanggang sa walang mananagot.

𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 ‘𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗺𝗲𝗻.’ Rather, it’s about recognizing that women are more often than not looked down upon in society—and 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆.

In our Gender Sensitivity Training (GST) with our adviser and speaker, Dr. Mary Grace O. Gumpal, RPM, Ph.D., we were reminded that 𝘴𝘦𝘹 refers to biological differences (girl/boy), while 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 is a social construct (man/woman) shaped by culture and expectations. The session also unpacked how gender roles and issues affect not only women but everyone, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community—the diverse group whose experiences challenge the rigid boxes of traditional gender norms.

At its core, GAD is about fairness, respect, and creating inclusive spaces where no one is left behind. Let us all take part in this mission—become GADvocates, so together we can amplify our voices, break barriers, and drive meaningful change 💜💛
