📢 We’re Hiring: Customer Service Rep

Pay: $5 - $10 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Remote (PST)
5:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday)
Direct hire to client
Biweekly Pay
Start Date: Immediate

We are expanding our customer service team to support multiple wellness brands. We're looking for three full-time reps with experience in Shopify, Gorgias, and Shipstation to assist with affiliate programs, retail, and wholesale customer service.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Affiliate Support: Onboard, train, and assist affiliates with account and commission inquiries.
• Retail Customer Service: Handle inquiries via email, phone, live chat, SMS, and social media. Resolve order, shipping, and product questions.
• Wholesale Customer Service: Assist wholesale clients with orders, pricing, and account management.

✅ Skills & Experience
• Must have experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and Shipstation.
• 2+ years of customer service experience (email, phone, chat, social media).
• Strong communication skills (American English).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn AI tools.
