In light of the recent earthquake, 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑮𝒖𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒔 𝒊𝒕𝒔 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝑫𝒂𝒗𝒂𝒐 𝒅𝒆𝒍 𝑺𝒖𝒓 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒍 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔. Feelings of fear, anxiety, unease, or distress are natural responses during times of unexpected events. Just as we attend to our physical safety, we must also give attention to our emotional and psychological well-being.

The Guidance and Testing Center remains committed to fostering a compassionate and supportive community through its 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀. We provide a safe, confidential, and welcoming space for those who may need someone to listen, offer guidance, or provide emotional support during this time.

We warmly encourage all students and personnel who may be experiencing emotional distress or simply wish to talk to reach out to us.

Together, we can navigate uncertainty with resilience, understanding, and hope.

All 1st year, 2nd year, and 3rd year students are hereby 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 as part of the updating of your Student Information Sheet (SIS) records.

Please be informed that completion of this form is part of the requirements for your clearance. Ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete, and submit your responses within the given timeframe.

This initiative became a meaningful space for learning, empathy, and empowerment among student leaders and students across campuses. Through the dedication of our speakers, facilitators, and participants, we were able to strengthen awareness on mental health, promote compassionate peer support, and guide students towards positive coping and transition preparedness.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the hardworking TALK Officers, partner employees, facilitators, and everyone who took part in making this event a success. Your efforts, teamwork, and outstanding deliverance truly made a difference in inspiring and supporting our student community. 🌱
