📣The Strategic Performance Alignment: Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Orientation-Workshop for PBDD and Provincial Field Implementers – Cluster 2, composed of DARPO Davao del Sur and DARPO Davao Occidental, was successfully conducted on June 2, 2026, at the DARPO Conference Room, Digos City, Davao del Sur.

The activity aimed to enhance participants’ understanding and application of the Balanced Scorecard as a strategic management and performance monitoring tool, ensuring alignment of programs, projects, and activities with organizational goals and objectives.

Mr. Albit, ARPO II, the Regional Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and ACMF Focal Person, served as the Resource Speaker. Also present to provide guidance and technical support were ARPO II Almaso, SARPO Gascon and Depalubos from DARRO XI.

As part of the workshop, actual field data gathering and key informant interviews were conducted among selected ARBOs, including the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association of Igpit and Tiguman and the San Agustin DavSur Agriculture Cooperative, to strengthen participants’ appreciation of evidence-based performance assessment and reporting.

Together, we continue to strengthen organizational performance, accountability, and service excellence in advancing agrarian reform and rural development.

📣 The Project Management cm Entrepreneurial Mind Setting Seminar was successfully conducted for members of the Tibolo Farm Workers Association in Brgy. Tibolo, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur on April 29, 2026.

Implemented under the PAHP Project and in coordination with DTI Davao del Sur, the activity aimed to enhance participants’ skills in planning, organizing, and managing projects while cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset. The seminar emphasized opportunity recognition, resource management, and strategic thinking to help members develop sustainable livelihood initiatives and improve their economic resilience.
