Pursuant to 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟏𝟔 issued by the Office of the President, Malacañang, dated 31 March 2026, and to allow government employees to properly observe 𝐌𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐–𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the Local Government Unit of Diffun adopts the following 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, in line with our compressed workweek policy:

Essential services (Health, Disaster Preparedness and Response, and other vital services) will continue to operate to ensure uninterrupted public service. Please be guided accordingly.

A moment of pride and inspiration as HRMO III Edelita G. Allas is recognized as one of the awardees of the 14th IDDU Honor Roles Award for Women — a prestigious recognition honoring selected women and women's organizations in the Cagayan Valley Region.

The award was conferred by the Philippine Information Agency Region 2, today, March 26, 2026, at the Regional Government Center, Carig, Tuguegarao City, in recognition of exemplary leadership, dedication, and meaningful contributions to public service and community development.
