During our session, I sponsored two proposed measures:

1. The proposed ordinance granting cash incentives to Diffun-based athletes who win in international, national, regional, and provincial competitions has now reached its Third and Final Reading.

2. The proposed ordinance granting gratuities to barangay officials, including the IPMR, who have rendered three (3) consecutive terms of service in the Municipality of Diffun is now subject for committee hearing prior to its Second Reading for further deliberation and possible amendments.

Through these measures, we aim to recognize excellence in sports and honor the dedication of our barangay officials who have faithfully served our communities.

We are hopeful for the approval of these measures for the benefit of our athletes, our barangay officials, and the people of Diffun.
