Job Title: Cold Calling and Text Campaign Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote/Work from Home
Job Type: Part-time [20hrs/week]

Job Description:

As a Cold Calling and Text Campaign Virtual Assistant, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, focused on generating leads and driving conversions through outbound calls and text message campaigns. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Cold Calling:
Conducting outbound cold calls to potential leads and prospects.
Engaging with prospects to qualify and nurture leads.
Delivering compelling product or service pitches.
Documenting call outcomes and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Coordinating with the sales team to schedule follow-up calls and appointments.
Text Campaign Management:
Designing and executing text message marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.
Managing contact lists and segmenting them for personalized messaging.
Monitoring campaign performance metrics and conducting data analysis.
Making data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Ensuring compliance with relevant text message marketing regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling and text message marketing.
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and text campaign platforms.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in [specific industry or niche, if applicable].
Familiarity with popular CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
