Inspired by the iconic “skypod” theme, the 161.00 square meter humble home design caters a open floor plan with living, dining and a kitchen with breakfast nook on its center. Another ground floor feature is a bedroom and a daily kitchen slash laundry area. The second floor feature a large area for the family with a perimeter balcony with a view. The two bedroom on the second floor caters nice area size with common bathroom and individual large wardrobe.
