Theme: ELEMENTAL “Unleash Your Power”

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Panacan is pleased to announce the commencement of the search for candidates for Mutya at Ginoong Panacan 2025, the most anticipated pageant of the year.

This year’s theme is “ELEMENTAL" Unleash Your Power draws inspiration from the natural forces of Earth, Water, Air, and Fire symbolizing beauty, confidence, and strength from within.

Heels

For Ginoo:

Plain white top
