The BSSW 3A organizers proudly acknowledge the successful implementation of our seminar session titled “Empowerment in Action: Practical Strategies for Enhancing Organizational Performance,” held on April 27, 2025, at Ambadao, Datu Piang, Maguindanao del Sur. As future social workers and community organizers, we are honored to have contributed meaningfully to this initiative, creating a space for shared learning, critical reflection, and empowerment through practical strategies that strengthen organizational performance.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed resource speaker, Nurol Hidaya M. Mentoc, for her generous commitment of time and for sharing her valuable insights and real-world experiences. Her message highlighted the essential role of empowerment, leadership, and collaboration in building strong and effective organizations. Her words sparked inspiration and challenged us to view organizational performance not only in terms of structure and output but also through human relationships, collective action, and continuous growth.

Our deepest thanks also go to all participants whose engagement and openness made the session interactive, meaningful, and dynamic. Your presence and participation reflected a shared commitment to development and community building. We also recognize our faculty mentor ma'am SUMAIRA D BENOL for her unwavering support, guidance, and encouragement throughout the planning and ex*****on of this event.

Special appreciation is extended to the local leaders and the administration of the Ambadao, Datu Piang, Maguindanao del Sur, for warmly accommodating us and providing a space that became the venue of empowerment, learning, and connection.
