Great coffee is a lot like great wine.
It’s shaped by altitude, climate, soil, process, and craftsmanship. Every bean tells a story from the farm to the cup.
Just like wine enthusiasts talk about notes of berries, chocolate, citrus, or nuts… specialty coffee carries its own unique flavor profile depending on origin and roast.
A washed Ethiopian can taste floral and fruity.
