The 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 (𝗖𝗡𝗣𝗟) was honored by the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 (𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗧) 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗩 with the 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 during the 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗢𝗻𝗿𝗮𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝘀𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲 Awards held on June 25, 2026, at the Embarcadero de Legazpi, Legazpi City.

The 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗢𝗻𝗿𝗮𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 recognized outstanding local government units (LGUs), national government agencies, regional government offices, academic institutions, and partner organizations across the Bicol Region for their exemplary contributions to digital transformation and public service innovation. Out of all the nominees and partner institutions in the region, only 32 awardees were conferred with honors in various categories, with the 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 proudly recognized as one of the recipients.

The 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 received the Digital Transformation Champion in Service Delivery Award in recognition of its outstanding Tech4Ed initiatives, innovative digital programs, and significant contribution to expanding access to free e-Government services, e-Learning, e-Resources, digital literacy trainings, free Wi-Fi, and other technology-enabled services that have empowered communities throughout Camarines Norte.

Since strengthening its Tech4Ed initiatives in September 2025, under the leadership of 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗖. 𝗧𝘂𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻, 𝗥𝗟, Center Manager, the Provincial Library has continuously introduced innovative and community-centered programs that bridge the digital divide and promote digital inclusion. Through these efforts, thousands of CamNorteños have gained greater access to government services, educational opportunities, digital resources, and lifelong learning.

This recognition reflects the unwavering commitment of the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, the Camarines Norte Provincial Library, its Tech4Ed Center, partner agencies, volunteers, and stakeholders in advancing inclusive, accessible, and technology-driven public service.

The Camarines Norte Provincial Library extends its sincere gratitude to DICT Region V for this recognition. This achievement serves as an inspiration to continue innovating and strengthening its mission of providing accessible knowledge, digital opportunities, and lifelong learning for every CamNorteño.
