Daet Philippines Stake Communication Council

For 184 years, the Relief Society Organization of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has united women in faith and discipleship of Jesus Christ.

On February 28, 2026, the Naga Coordinating Communication Council gathered for its 1st Quarterly Meeting. The session focused on sharing updates, discussing upcoming initiatives, and coordinating plans to enhance communication efforts across the council.

The meeting featured a news writing training led by Marifel Fernandez, news writer and news anchor from the Provincial Information Office, together with members of The Forthright & Ang Liyab, the student publication of Camarines Norte Senior High School — Lovely Jane B. Reyes, Jayne Daphne E. Sale, Kesiah Resh A. Prudenciado, Faith Ysabelle A. Babala, and Timothy Val Raphael E. Baroga — under the guidance of Ma'am Marivic A. Babala, School Paper Adviser.

Participants gained valuable insights on news and feature writing, strengthening their skills in reporting, storytelling, and effective communication—tools that will support the council’s work in the coming months.
