The Property Index, composed of 19 publicly listed real estate investment trusts and property companies, is a gauge of the overall performance of the Philippine property market within the stock exchange. The Dividend Yield (DivY) Index comprises the top 20 companies selected based on liquidity and three-year average dividend yield performance.
