Cotabato grantees initiative 💚❤️

Assalamu’alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu,

As we approach another blessed Ramadhan—we pause to reflect with gratitude on the journey of the 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐟𝐭𝐚𝐫 service carried out by 𝐈𝐃𝐁 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟖 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

The initiative began in 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟖 with a 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐟𝐭𝐚𝐫 event in 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞, 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐮 𝐏𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠, 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨, serving 𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬 to fasting brothers and sisters.

𝐁𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗, the program expanded to 𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 across 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐚 𝐈, 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐚 𝐈𝐈, 𝐒𝐏𝐃𝐀 𝐃𝐎𝐒, 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐤, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨, distributing 𝟒𝟎𝟎 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬.

Even amid challenges, Allah opened doors for service. 𝐈𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎, during times of uncertainty, 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐟𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐁𝐮𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝟑𝟒𝟔 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬.

𝐈𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏, 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐫, 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐇 𝟏𝟎 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐠, 𝐒𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭, 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝟏𝟔𝟎 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬. The commitment continued in 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐇 𝟑 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧, 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐜𝐨𝐛, 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟏𝟏𝟎 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬.

𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 saw renewed momentum, reaching 𝐅𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬—including 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧 (𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐮 𝐏𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠), 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧 (𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐮 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐮), 𝐒𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭, 𝐂𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐎𝐒 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐬 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐝𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐦, 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭—𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟓𝟐𝟓 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬.

𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 marked another milestone: 𝟓 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝟕 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 in 𝐂𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨, 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟖𝐙 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭 (𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬), 𝐑𝐇 𝐕𝐈𝐈 & 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐳 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡; 𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐛 𝐔𝐩𝐢, 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐤, 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐮 𝐇𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫, 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐆𝐀-𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐌. 𝐀 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝟓𝟖𝟎 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬 were distributed, consisting of 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡, 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐬. 𝐈𝐧 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝟏𝟎 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 (𝐀𝐣𝐰𝐚), 𝟐 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟐 𝐬𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐬 were provided to families, reflecting a holistic approach to care.

𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 marked the 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎’𝒔 𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒚𝒆𝒕. 𝐒𝐢𝐱 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨, 𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐨, 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐮 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐢, 𝐒𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 served 𝟔𝟕𝟐 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬. 𝐈𝐧 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝟓𝟎 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬, 𝟑 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝟔 𝐞𝐠𝐠 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐬, 𝟐 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐣𝐚𝐛𝐬 were distributed, nourishing both body and dignity.

All of these efforts were made possible through the 𝒔𝒂𝒅𝒂𝒒𝒂𝒉 𝒐𝒇 𝑰𝑫𝑩 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉𝒍𝒚 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒔(𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟖-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐) managed with amānah, transparency, and accountability. Every contribution was treated as a trust from Allah, every meal served as worship, and every smile shared as a reminder of the unity of the Ummah.

As we prepare for Ramadhan 2026, our hearts are filled with hope and duʿāʾ. We ask Allah ﷻ to allow this initiative to continue, expand the reach of Mobile Iftar, and grant us sincerity, steadfastness, and acceptance of our deeds. May every act of service be counted as ṣadaqah jāriyah, every meal served bring reward, and every gesture of kindness strengthen the bonds of the Ummah.

Today, the 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲 of 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗳𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 was conducted in 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗿: March 9, 2025 (Sunday), by the IDB Graduates and its dedicated volunteers.

As part of our commitment to serving our fellow Muslims during this blessed month of Ramadhan, the team distributed 𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝘁𝗼 :
𝟭. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗱𝘇 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝘂 𝗧𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗿-𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗼

Mobile Iftar 2025 will continue, In Shaa Allah! May Allah (SWT) bless us all with the strength and resources to sustain and expand this initiative in the coming weeks.
