It’s been a sunny, breezy, uplifting month since we opened our doors, and we’ve settled into a comfortable rhythm. We’re giddy with delight to come to “work” everyday and welcome you into our shala home.

Grateful to those who have come through our doors— arriving with open hearts, and the intention to find quiet space and practice. For those who have given and received here, shared stories, found rest in a cozy corner— THANK YOU. You are what makes this space feel so warm, alive, and special. 🤲🏾🪷
