The Malacañang Palace has officially declared 𝐀𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐋 𝐎𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, as a 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐑 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘 in observance of 𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐖 𝐍𝐆 𝐊𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐍 (Day of Valor), a significant national holiday in the Philippines.

Office work will resume on 𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐀𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐋 𝟏𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

There will be NO OFFICE WORK tomorrow, February 25, 2026, as per Executive Order No. 05 s.2026 issued by Hon. Mayor Noel Villanueva.

This is in line with the suspension of work in municipal offices and classes in all levels in Concepcion, Tarlac in commemoration of the EDSA People Power Revolution.

Regular office operations will resume on February 26, 2026.
