Earlier today, one of our main fiber lines in Poblacion, Liloan was accidentally cut during vegetation clearing operations. A chainsaw struck the aerial fiber cable while nearby trees were being trimmed, which caused the sudden downtime and service interruption experienced by some subscribers.

Our technical team immediately responded on-site and conducted emergency restoration works to restore affected connections as quickly and safely as possible.
