Ga work pa baya me haaa, wala rami nag sige lang ug pickleball 😂😭

One lesson I’m learning in 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 and in 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 is this:

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝘄.

Before even starting to work as a VA, before even finding a client, and even while I was still researching what a VA really is, I was already 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 and 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 everything.

1. What if I won’t get hired because I lack experience?
2. What if there are tools I still don’t know how to use?
3. What if I can’t adjust to the client’s work environment?
4. What if I don’t communicate well enough in English because I always get nervous?

But honestly, I still got hired even if I was not very fluent in English. And now, I feel more confident.

Along the way, I learned many things, many tools, and even the ones I never thought I could learn, I was still able to build knowledge and experience in them too.

Sometimes, you really just have to take that 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲, find a good client who will 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 you, and be a good VA.

Everything can be learned.

So if something feels hard right now, maybe it’s not because you can’t do it.
Maybe it’s just 𝗻𝗲𝘄.

A lot of people think they need to be 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 before they can start as a VA.

A 𝗳𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗽.
𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀.
𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.
𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.
𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀.

But the truth is, many people start with 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀, 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, and a 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻.

You do not have to wait until everything looks complete before you begin. Start with what you have, improve as you go, and let growth happen 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗯𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽.

Start with the basics first: 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, and 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁.

Strong basics can help you build confidence, improve faster, and grow step by step.

Start simple. Build from there.
