A Communications degree holder, Jasher naturally brings collaboration, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills allowing him to effectively approach tasks with a mindset focused on contributing to the bigger picture. These qualities made him a strong fit for the role of Delivery Team Administrator, where he now demonstrates his capability in using travel industry applications and platforms, Salesforce software, spreadsheet programs, and other operational tools to support the business’s day-to-day activities.

Jasher balances the demands of his role with his passion for music. He enjoys creating and recreating music, which permits him to express creativity and emotional maturity. On a more casual side, he enjoys computer and console games, where teamwork for shared goals mirror the collaborative nature of the role he supports today. And when the opportunity comes, Jasher enjoys taking the long road on his drives during days off, embracing both the journey and the quiet moments in between.

Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Jay has developed strong discipline and attention to detail, qualities that naturally complement his attentive and reliable approach to work. These strengths helped him secure the role of Delivery Team Administrator, where he now supports day-to-day operations using tools such as Salesforce, travel management applications, Google Sheets, and Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, to help maintain smooth and organised workflows across the team.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys solo travelling, which continues to broaden his perspective and independence. He also likes going on night walks or runs, and when spending time at home, he enjoys cooking and experimenting with different dishes. Eljay is a dedicated and inspiring new team member whose balance of discipline, independence, and reliability reflects both in and outside of work.
