○ Lead Generation for Insurance
○ Social Media Marketing for Insurance
○ Customer Service Calls for Insurance
○ Quotes Preparation
○ Handling Certificate Requests
○ Updating Carriers & Updating Clients
○ Filing Claims
○ Appointment Setting for Auto Insurance
○ Appointment Setting for Life Insurance
○ Appointment Setting for Property Insurance
○ Appointment Setting for Disability Insurance
○ Appointment Setting for Commercial Insurance

✅ Proficiency with at least 2-3 of the following most common insurance tools/apps/software mentioned below:
○ Applied Epic
○ AMS360
○ Hawksoft
○ Applied TAM
○ Jenesis
○ QQCatalyst
○ BriteCore
○ SmartOffice
○ EZlynx
○ InsurancePro
