An upgrading shaft for natural bio’pools. The BCBP System is especially suited for natural pools that operate without technical equipment or for those with unsatisfactory water quality or problems with excessive chlorine odor and black algae growth. Before a pool is upgraded our planners assess the situation to see if any equipment exists that can still be used.

The BCBP System takes advantage of tried-and-true components of the Living Pool System: The Bethesda Bio’filter and the Bethesda Ultra-Filter.

Both components are housed together with a pump in a single shaft. The shaft, measuring 2.0 x 1.2 x 0.8 meters, is installed in the ground next to the existing pool and connected to the pool with both an inflow and an outflow pipe. The pump for this bio circirculation requires only a very small amount of electricity(approximately 40W)..
