‼️FALLEN INCIDENT‼️

OA 2104H 12 October 2025, duty personnel of the Cebu City Special Rescue Squad – CCDRRMO Godie2x responded to a reported falling incident involving an individual at Sitio Nangka, Barangay Luz, Cebu City.

Upon arrival, SRS personnel assessed the situation and found one (1) female patient who had fallen from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor of their house. Our crew immediately set up rescue ropes and secured the patient. Together with the Barangay Luz ambulance, the team successfully extracted the patient, provided pre-hospital management, and endorsed the patient to CCEMS.

A magnitude 4.1 earthquake occurred on October 11, 2025, at 9:54 PM near Silago, Southern Leyte. The epicenter was located at 10.53°N, 125.31°E, approximately 16 kilometers northeast of Silago.

The earthquake had a depth of 222 kilometers.
