Role Overview:
Manage centralized records and operations for IELTS Test Centers, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and smooth coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain secure records across systems
-Support audits, track compliance, and report risks
-Manage Outlook inboxes and internal communications
-Coordinate processes, QA activities, and training events
-Ensure adherence to policies and deadlines
