INSURANCE ADVISOR QUALIFICATIONS:

📌 Preferably with Bachelor’s Degree but not required
📌 Above average English communications skills
📌 With at least 1 year of experience in customer service (with upselling) or 6 months of outbound/sales account experience
📌 Preferably with at least 1-year minimum experience as Insurance Advisor in a BPO setting servicing USA-based clients (but not required)
📌 Must be amenable to work on a graveyard shift

CLIENT TELEMARKETER QUALIFICATIONS:

📌 Must have at least six months of OUTBOUND SALES experience in the BPO Industry
📌 Amenable to work onsite
📌 Willing to work on the graveyard shift and local holidays
📌 Professional level verbal and written English communication skills
📌 Comfortable making cold calls
📌 No minimum educational attainment is required - we bank on your experience and expertise!
