As the country faces relentless oil price hikes and rising costs of living, students are once again confronted with the reality that education does not exist in isolation. Every increase in fares, food, and daily expenses directly affects our capacity to learn, to stay, and to survive.

Tomorrow, we walk out not only as students, but in solidarity with our jeepney drivers and other sectors who continue to bear the brunt of this crisis. Our struggles are interconnected—and so must be our resistance.

We call on the student body to take a stand, to step out of the classroom, and into collective action.
