🚀 Home Service Success: Dual-Component Issue Resolved at Villa Espina! 🏎️💨

Another desktop rig is officially back up and running after an on-site troubleshooting run at Villa Espina, B. Rodriguez St., Cebu City! 📍🏠✨

The client reached out because her computer was completely refusing to POST (no display output). After conducting a series of hardware isolation tests and giving the unit some much-needed light cleaning, we uncovered two faulty components that were causing the system to fail.

🛠️ Diagnostics & Hardware Resolution:
The Faulty Components: We discovered that while the graphics card was receiving power, it was outputting no display. Furthermore, the NVMe SSD was completely dead—it had no indicator lights and was totally undetected in both the BIOS and through our external bootable testing drives.
The Solution & Storage Replacement: To get her back up and running immediately, we installed a reliable, tested Samsung NVMe SSD to restore her operating system and storage.
Bonus Monitor Upgrade: While sorting out the PC, the client also decided it was time for a display upgrade! Under our direct technical supervision and recommendation, she upgraded her setup to a buttery-smooth 180Hz gaming monitor!

🛠️ Out-of-Warranty Motherboard Replacement Completed! 🏎️💨

One of our prebuilt units came back to the shop for a major repair. After its official warranty period had ended, the motherboard unfortunately got damaged and completely stopped working. 🛑🔌

📋 Diagnosis & Resolution:
Deep Testing & Diagnosis: Upon careful inspection, we isolated the issue and found out that the motherboard's SIO (Super I/O) chip was dead.
The Repair Attempt: We initially tried replacing the dead chip to see if we could save the board and minimize the cost for the client. However, after undergoing a few rigorous stability tests, the motherboard completely gave up. ⚙️❌

The Fix: To ensure 100% reliability and get the system back up and running, we ended up replacing it entirely with a brand-new motherboard! 🆕⚡
