Hanging Rice Studio

Gimino is a hybrid animation of both 2D and 3D techniques. So far in the production, we scoured free assets that can be applied to the film. However, some assets are truly difficult to create with a one man studio.

We spent on the music score and a couple of 3D assets that were vital to the production. All of these are spent from the artist's pocket. You can help by simply spreading the word and sharing future posts.

Amidst client projects, we're currently working on a short film titled Gimino. This is sort of a test project to gauge our capabilities in producing a story from scratch. Whatever output comes out from this project will surely bring different lessons for future work.
