We’re on the lookout for a Bookkeeper to join our team and play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations!

Location: Philippines, Remote

💰 Competitive Pay: Earn $12-$15 USD per hour, with bonus potential based on performance. Salary is negotiable and will be adjusted according to your expertise and experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Accounts Payable: Maintain vendor records, enter new bills daily, process payments, manage subcontractor payments twice a month, and handle relationships with key vendors like Sherwin Williams, Home Depot, and Guiry’s. Reconcile credit card transactions regularly.
• Accounts Receivable: Set up new customers, create and send invoices, track payments, and update records in QuickBooks Online and Smartsheet. Process credit card payments promptly.
• Payroll: Oversee payroll hours, ensure timely submission of records, and post payroll data into QuickBooks.
• Monthly Reporting: Update all financial information, compile Profit & Loss reports, balance sheets, Year-to-Date summaries, and prepare an Accounts Receivable list for the accountant. Generate Excel-based monthly sales reports for the estimating team.
• Employee Records: Manage employee data, track hours, handle payroll processing through Paychex, and ensure all necessary deductions and benefits are recorded accurately. Review quarterly returns and assist with year-end processes like W-2 distribution.
• Bank Accounts: Monitor daily balances, manage deposits and transfers, and reconcile bank statements monthly.
• Employee Benefits: Administer health care and 401K plans, submit necessary paperwork, and ensure all contributions are accurately recorded and submitted.
• Insurance & Audits: Manage vehicle and workers’ compensation insurance, handle any claims, and prepare for yearly insurance audits. Maintain all policies and ensure timely renewals.
• Vehicle Management: Keep track of company vehicles, handle registration and repair records, and manage fuel costs.
• General Duties: Answer phones professionally, schedule customer estimates, place orders with suppliers, and maintain organized and accessible files.

Minimum and Desired Qualification:
2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting/admin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks Online
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Detail-oriented
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
High Proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions, ability to organize work with large amounts of information efficiently, manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Well organized, accurate and detail oriented
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both in writing and verbally, with management, vendors
Knowledge of GC invoicing is a plus

We're looking for a Community Moderator to help support and encourage our members in their journey to become confident painters. They should be passionate about engaging with people and supporting others every day. They are energized, not drained, by interacting with others online.
The Community Moderator is responsible for helping our students make massive progress within our program by connecting them to the right resources and people.
While it would be a bonus if you're an artist or creative yourself, it is not required! You'll receive training and support to be able to confidently support our community no matter your level of art experience!
