1. The year-end formation and inspection will begin at 07:30am
in the morning .Guards call-up Time ( sharp 0700H )Lead by

2. Important Reminders : TO ALL; HG/SIC/Security officers. you're
hereby instructed to attend this once in a year event (get
together)our General Manager (LSM Odillo Juntilla)Operation
Manager( LSM Joe Maeren S.Laburada) wishing to met you
personally.

a . Rank show down Inspection
b. Recognitions of TSAI Employee's(Guards) with Meritorious
performance
c. Distribution of give away
d. Q&A with Operations/Admin officers

4. Procedure: For the release of give away
a. Guards must present their TSAI ID.
b. Sign the give away control file

5. You must wear complete type A uniform during year -end
general formation

Updated National Police Clearance
Updated NEURO and Drugtest
Training Certificate ,PSA,DIPLOMA ,Marriage CERTIFICATE IF Married.
SSS NUMBER/PAG-IBIG/PHILHEALTH/TIN #
