An intimate evening of MICHELIN-tier dining unfolds as two of Marriott International’s MICHELIN Guide-selected culinary gems in the Philippines come together for a refined collaboration.

Sheraton Cebu hosted the members of Cebu’s Prime Organization, Cebu Bloggers Society, for an exclusive preview of this masterclass in gastronomy. Together, Chef de Cuisine Rodrigo Serrano (DIP Nikkei) and Chef de Cuisine Álvaro Romero (Cantabria) orchestrated a thoughtfully curated menu, seamlessly blending the rustic depth of Cantabrian cuisine with the vibrant, elegant notes of Peruvian Nikkei flavors.
