From my personal experience, YES. I can vouch its effectivity.

Based on actual data, my monthly bills are the ff:

June - 4,215
July - 3,324 (with add'l appliances this month)
August - 2,906

This month, i condition my mind na higher ang bill namin kasi mas frequent aming pag use sa 2.5hp Aircon sa sala and almost whole day sa AC sa aking anak dahil sa init ng panahon sa month na ito.

But I'm amazed dahil bumaba pa rin ang bill namin.

BUT WAIT, let me be transparent. Don't expect to save so much kung isa lang ang device na gagamitin sa house. In my case, I use P&S for the ff appliances in my home:

- 1 unit for my ref
- each for my aircon units
- 1unit for centralized power saving (believed to save at least 10% of your overall electricity bill)
- 1 unit pra sa water dispenser, juicer, electric fan, washing,tv

in short, almost all of my appliances are plugged in the energy saving device. I invested in it and gradually savoring its result.
