JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations specified in the management of Team Leaders and sales reps.
 Mediate and carry out duties and functions as provided by the Site Manager toward Team Leaders
 Convey essential decisions to the Team Leaders as required by the Site Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
 College Degree holder
 Experienced in managing sales people in an outbound sales call center environment
 With coaching/teaching capabilities
 With at least three (3) years of managerial exposure relevant to the job
 Excellent verbal communication
 Strong leadership skills
 People person
REMUNERATION
 Salary: P30-35K gross per month
