In this role, you will work on FHA, Conventional, and VA refinance closing transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. From validating key loan documents and preparing closing packages to reviewing closing disclosures, escrow details, payoff documents, and tolerance cure scenarios, you will play an important role in driving smooth and accurate closings.

You will also coordinate with processing teams, title companies, schedulers, and internal stakeholders to support final approvals and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in US Mortgage, preferably in Closing
• Strong understanding of Closing Disclosures, escrow, payoff documents, and tolerance cure scenarios
• Ability to review loan documents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple files efficiently in a fast-paced environment
