For information kapag magpapatayo ka ng bahay ang pinaka-importanteng gawin ay maghired ng Architect for the Design & Civil Engineer for the structural why? dahil sila ang mas nakakaalam ng computation ng space, lot requirements & load dahil hindi po lahat ng design na makikita natin sa social media or internet ay akma/tugma sa lot area natin huwag magpapaniwala sa sinasabi ng iba na kumuha ka na lang ng Foreman, Mason at Laborers dahil sila magtatatrabaho yan kung may ipapatrabaho pero kapag dumating ang time na masira ang bahay mo dahil sa hindi inaasahang pangyayari lalo na Lindol hindi mo mahahabol ang mga yan since wala nmng warranty ang pinagawa mo sa kanila sinahoran mo lang sila sa arawan or pinapakyaw mo lang ang Labor, isipin nyo bakit may ibat.ibang design ng rebars? dahil every designs ay akma/tugma sa lot requirements, sabihin nga natin nakamura ka sa labor cost dahil hindi ka kumuha ng Engineer & Architect pero pagdating ng panahon marerealize mo mas malaki pa pala nagastos mo compare sa kumuha ka ng professionals sa construction it's either licensed HOUSE CONTRACTOR, CIVIL ENGINEER & ARCHITECT

Always remember Architect, Civil Engineers, Foreman & Skilled Workers are always partners interms of Construction Industry

PS: wala sa ganda ng finished at kulay ng pintura para masabi mong matibay ang isang bahay kundi nasa structural (Footings, Tie Beams, Grid Beams, Columns, Beams & Design Requirements)
