Let us support the call to amend Republic Act No. 10586—a law meant to protect lives, yet one whose loopholes now seem to shield the suspect instead. A law designed to protect lives must not be allowed to shield those who destroy them! No family should ever have to endure this level of injustice and heartbreak.
