The role involves verifying insurance eligibility, handling patient calls, managing appointment scheduling (bookings, reschedules, cancellations), and maintaining accurate patient records. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required. HIPAA certification is mandatory.

Tools used: Eaglesoft, Practice by Numbers (PBN), and Vyne Trellis.
