Project Best Man
Stay away form these 3 kinds of people

The most dangerous drug isn't sold on the street.
It’s sold in churches, boardrooms, and voting booths.
It isn't a powder or a pill.
It is a word:
"Hope."
We are taught that hope is a virtue.
We are told to "Keep Hope Alive."
We use it as a warm blanket when the night
gets cold.
But in reality, Hope is a sedative.
Hope is a psychological trick that transports your mind into a fictional future.
It creates a hallucination of a "Better Tomorrow" so you can tolerate a "Mediocre Today."
When you "Hope," you are making a subconscious deal:
"I will endure this pain now, because I believe the Universe/God/Luck will fix it later."
Hope acts as a painkiller.
It numbs the discomfort of your current reality.
And because you are numb, you don't move.
You don't change.
You wait.
Psychologist Dr. Gabriele Oettingen (NYU) conducted a 20-year study on the effects of "Positive Thinking" and "Future Fantasies."
Her findings were shocking: The more positively people fantasized about the future, the less likely they were to achieve it.
Why?
Because the brain cannot tell the difference between visualization and reality.
When you vividly "hope" for a result, your brain releases the dopamine as if you have already won.
This triggers a physiological response: Your systolic blood pressure actually drops.
You enter a state of relaxation.
Hope literally sedates you.
It drains the exact energy you need to do the work.
The opposite of Hope is not Despair.
The opposite of Hope is Action.
The Architect does not "hope" the building stands up.
He calculates the load.
The General does not "hope" he wins the war.
He cuts off the enemy's supply line.
The Entrepreneur doesn’t hope his new business does well, he tests market demand.
Every second you spend hoping for a result is a second you stole from the ex*****on required to get it.
Make this shift now:
Audit your language.
Every time you say "I hope," replace it with "I intend."
“I hope I get this client" becomes "I will call this client until they buy or block me."
“I hope I lose weight" becomes "I will not eat this sugar."
Do not wait for the sun to rise.
Build a fire.
The Sovereign does not look forward to the future.
He drags the future into the present with his own hands.
