Cauayan DSWD proudly joins the celebration of the 128th Philippine Independence Day, honoring the courage, sacrifice, and patriotism of our heroes. 𝐀 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝟒𝐏𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐝𝐚𝐧

Good day everyone. My name is Lord Jean Bandillo, and I am a proud beneficiary of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the 4Ps program for the support it has given to me and my family throughout my educational journey. Growing up, my family experienced financial difficulties, and there were many challenges in meeting our daily needs. Sometimes, it was hard to provide money for school supplies, projects, transportation, uniforms, and other school expenses. Despite these challenges, the assistance from 4Ps helped us continue moving forward.

When I was in elementary school, the program helped my parents provide my basic school needs. Because of this support, I was able to attend school regularly and focus on learning. The program encouraged me to value education and work hard in my studies. It also helped my family lessen the burden of educational expenses.

As I entered high school, the support from 4Ps continued to play an important role in my life. High school brought more expenses, including school projects, assignments, and transportation costs. The financial assistance helped my parents support my education and motivated me to continue studying despite the difficulties. It gave me confidence that I could finish my studies and pursue my dreams.

Now that I am graduated in college, I am even more grateful for the opportunities that the program has provided. College education is not easy, especially for families with limited income. Through the help of 4Ps, I was able to continue my studies and move closer to achieving my goals. The program has not only provided financial assistance but has also taught me the importance of responsibility, perseverance, and determination.

Because of 4Ps, I learned that education is one of the most valuable gifts a person can receive. It opened doors for me and gave me hope for a brighter future. The support I received inspired me to study harder, overcome challenges, and become a better person. My dream is to finish my college education, find a stable job, and help my family in return for all their sacrifices.

To the government, program staff, and everyone involved in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, thank you for your dedication and support. Your assistance has changed the lives of many students like me and has given us the opportunity to continue our education and build a better future.

Once again, I am Lord Jean Bandillo, and I am proud and thankful to be a beneficiary of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program. The help that I received from elementary school, high school, and now in college has made a great difference in my life. I will always be grateful for this opportunity and will continue striving to achieve my dreams and make my family proud.

𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐄𝐬𝐤𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 : 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧, 𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐚𝐲𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐊𝐚𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧

DSWD Cauayan actively participated in the week-long Brigada Eskwela 2026 with the theme, "Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman."

As part of this initiative, DSWD Cauayan extended its support to various schools within the municipality, ensuring that even the farthest schools (𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐄𝐒, 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐄𝐒,𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐒,𝐒𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐨 𝐄𝐒 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 )were visited and assisted. This collective effort reflects the commitment of the agency and its partners in promoting a safe, conducive, and learner-friendly environment for all students as they prepare for the opening of classes.

In support of the Department of Education's Brigada sa Eskwela 2026, DSWD 4Ps Cauayan actively participated in the school clean-up and preparation activities to help ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for our learners.

Through volunteerism and community collaboration, we continue to promote the spirit of bayanihan and our shared commitment to education. Together, we build better schools and brighter futures for every child.

𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐃 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐓𝐮𝐲𝐨𝐦, 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧

A month-end back-to-back activity was successfully conducted today by the DSWD Cauayan Municipal Operations Office. A total of 100 target 4Ps beneficiaries were accommodated for the National ID registration held at Tuyom Covered Court.

The activity was facilitated by Jomar Inventor, Municipal Link assigned at Brgy Tuyom and Arianne Pagayon, Social Welfare Assistant assigned.

This initiative was made possible through the support and linkage of Congresswoman Mercedes Alvarez , aiming to bring the PhilSys registration services closer to every barangay and to the people, especially the 4Ps beneficiaries who are expected to comply with the program’s conditions.

The DSWD Cauayan MOO would like to extend its sincere gratitude to the Barangay Council of Tuyom and to the Office of Congresswoman Mercedes Alvarez for their invaluable support in making this activity successful.

𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐒𝐖𝐃 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

May 29, 2026, the DSWD Municipal Operations Office of Cauayan conducted the Search for Exemplary Child 2026.

Participating barangays included Brgy. Talacdan, Brgy. Camindangan, Brgy. Caliling, and Brgy. Camalandaan. The participants, aged 9–14 years old, were all 4Ps beneficiaries and honor students in their respective schools, with General Weighted Averages ranging from 92% to 96%.

Among the participants, 𝐉𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐋. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐠 of 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐨 was declared the Champion and will represent the municipality in the upcoming Search 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐒𝐖𝐃 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝- 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

The DSWD MOO Cauayan extends its heartfelt gratitude to the parents for supporting and witnessing their children’s achievements, as well as to the LGU Cauayan for its continued support in making the activity successful.

Set 14 Potential 4Ps benefeciaries of Brgy Caliling, Cauayan took the oath after completing their documentary requirements at Caliling Covered Court following orientation of the program conditions.

The oath taking activity was facilitated by Jalaloden Pinto, Project Development Officer II-Municipal Link assigned at Caliling.
