Physical activity has powerful health benefits. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), adults should get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week (such as brisk walking), or 75 minutes of vigorous activity, to reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, and other non-communicable diseases.
Thatโs just 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, a simple step toward better overall health.
P.S. The intention of sharing this information is simply to help more people become aware and make informed choices for a happy and healthy life. Itโs always better to start taking care of our health now than to face regrets later. Small, consistent actions today can lead to a healthier tomorrow

Cup feeding is a normal, safe, and evidence-based infant feeding method that should be normalized, as it allows infants to feed at their own pace, protects breastfeeding by preventing ni**le confusion, supports safe swallow, breath coordination, and is recommended by the WHO when breastfeeding is temporarily not possible, especially for preterm or vulnerable infants.

No one should have to earn the basic dignity of a full stomach. Food is not a reward, itโs a fundamental need, a lifeline, and a responsibility we owe to each other as humans.
Food is a human right โ not a privilege. Yet, millions worldwide go to bed on an empty stomach.
Without food, there is no life, health, dignity or hope.
Urgent global action is needed to ensure everyone, everywhere, can access sufficient, nutritious food โ so people can live healthy lives, thrive and achieve their full potential.
