Physical activity has powerful health benefits. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), adults should get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week (such as brisk walking), or 75 minutes of vigorous activity, to reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, and other non-communicable diseases.

Thatโ€™s just 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, a simple step toward better overall health.

P.S. The intention of sharing this information is simply to help more people become aware and make informed choices for a happy and healthy life. Itโ€™s always better to start taking care of our health now than to face regrets later. Small, consistent actions today can lead to a healthier tomorrow

Cup feeding is a normal, safe, and evidence-based infant feeding method that should be normalized, as it allows infants to feed at their own pace, protects breastfeeding by preventing ni**le confusion, supports safe swallow, breath coordination, and is recommended by the WHO when breastfeeding is temporarily not possible, especially for preterm or vulnerable infants.
