At Solid M Construction, we don’t just open our doors to On-the-Job Trainees — we give them real industry experience that bridges the gap between the classroom and the construction site.

This year, we proudly mentored Civil Engineering students from UEP Main Campus and UEP Laoang. From their first day on site to their culminating activity, our trainees have shown dedication, curiosity, and the drive to learn. In return, we’ve shared with them the Solid M standard — where excellence is built, not just taught.

Today marks another milestone as we officially commence the IMPROVEMENT/CONCRETING of the Brgy. Maypange – Brgy. Inalad – Brgy. Angyap Farm-to-Market Road in Motiong, Samar.

Solid M Construction is proud to take part in this important initiative as the project's contractor, committed to delivering quality work for the community.

This road project is more than just infrastructure — it is a step toward better access, improved mobility, and opportunities for the local farmers and residents of these barangays.

We extend our gratitude to the local officials and residents who took the time to be part of today’s ceremony.
